Skyward Airlines at Wilson Airport

Skyward Airlines is the Wilson-based domestic carrier that flies Kenya’s cities and coast rather than its safari airstrips. It was called Skyward Express until April 2025. Most importantly, it now departs from two different Nairobi airports — and going to the wrong one is the single most expensive mistake a Skyward passenger can make.

Wilson or JKIA? Check which airport your Skyward flight leaves from

Not every Skyward flight leaves from Wilson Airport

Skyward Airlines operates from both of Nairobi’s airports. Its coastal network runs from Wilson Airport (WIL). Several of its western and northern routes have been moved to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), where the airline flies its jet aircraft. The two airports are roughly 30 km apart across Nairobi traffic — an hour or more at the wrong time of day, and there is no realistic way to recover a missed departure.

Read the airport code on your ticket, not the city name. Both airports appear as “Nairobi”. Only WIL and NBO tell you which building to drive to.

Skyward’s own published notices at the time of writing showed Lodwar departing JKIA at 06:00, Kitale daily at 09:45, and Eldoret at 12:30 arriving 13:10. The airport is the durable fact here; the clock times are not. Routes have moved between WIL and NBO more than once since the 2025 rebrand, so treat any third-party schedule — including this page — as indicative and confirm against your ticket.

If you are weighing the two Nairobi airports for any other reason — connections, transfer time, cost, which one your onward flight uses — the comparison of Wilson Airport and JKIA covers that decision in full.

The carrier

What is Skyward Airlines?

Short answer

Skyward Airlines is a privately owned Kenyan scheduled and cargo airline, founded in 2013 and headquartered at Wilson Airport in Nairobi. It carries the IATA code OW and the ICAO code SEW. It traded as Skyward Express until April 2025, when it rebranded — same company, same codes, new name and livery. It flies Kenya’s cities and coastal towns plus one international route to Dar es Salaam, and it does not serve safari airstrips.

Skyward Express and Skyward Airlines are the same airline

This is the single most common point of confusion, and it is worth stating plainly: Skyward Express became Skyward Airlines in April 2025. The rebrand changed the name, the logo and the livery. It did not change the operating certificate, the IATA code OW, the ICAO code SEW, or the headquarters at Wilson Airport. A booking made under either name is a booking with the same carrier.

You will still find the old name in circulation — on aggregator sites, in older travel guides, on legacy web pages, and occasionally on airport signage. Treat “Skyward Express” and “Skyward Airlines” as interchangeable when you are researching, and use the current name when you are booking.

How the airline got here

Skyward began in 2013 as a charter and cargo operator, founded by Kenyan pilots and flying ad hoc work between Nairobi and destinations in Somalia — including miraa cargo, a trade that has underwritten a good deal of small-operator aviation out of Wilson for decades. From there it added scheduled routes to the oil-producing counties of Kenya’s north-west, then moved into coastal leisure traffic in the late 2010s as Mombasa, Malindi and Diani demand grew.

That history explains the shape of the airline today. It is not a safari carrier that happens to fly some city routes; it is a domestic connectivity operator whose route map follows Kenyan commerce, county government travel, freight and diaspora traffic, with coastal leisure layered on top. The 2025 rebrand, the arrival of jet equipment and the addition of a Wilson lounge are all consistent with an operator scaling up from that base rather than pivoting into the safari market.

Ownership and awards

The airline is privately held and Kenyan-owned, with Mohamed Abdi named as chairman. It has publicised a second runners-up placing for Best Domestic Airline at the KeTIBA awards following the rebrand. As with any self-reported accolade, treat it as a marketing signal rather than an independent quality measure — it tells you the airline is competing in that bracket, not that it outperforms the two established Wilson safari carriers on any particular route.

Network

Where does Skyward Airlines fly?

Short answer

Skyward serves roughly eleven Kenyan destinations plus one international route to Dar es Salaam. From Wilson Airport, the network is coastal: Mombasa, Malindi, Lamu, Diani/Ukunda and Vipingo. Its western and northern routes — Eldoret, Kitale, Kakamega, Migori and Lodwar — run wholly or partly from JKIA. Skyward serves no Maasai Mara, Amboseli or Samburu airstrip.

Where the airport column says “Verify”, published sources do not agree on which Nairobi airport currently handles that route, and we would rather say so than guess. Confirm at the point of booking.

Does Skyward Airlines fly to the Maasai Mara?

Short answer

No. Skyward Airlines does not serve any Maasai Mara airstrip, nor Amboseli, nor Samburu. Its aircraft are 50 to 110-seat turboprops and jets that need paved runways; the Mara strips are short unpaved bush airstrips flown by 12-seat Cessna Caravans and similar. For the Mara you want AirKenya Express, Safarilink or a charter.

This trips people up because Skyward is a Wilson Airport airline, and Wilson Airport is synonymous with safari flying. But the two things are separate. Wilson hosts both the light-aircraft safari operators and the larger domestic carriers, and Skyward sits firmly in the second group. If your itinerary is a safari, start from the fly-in safari planning guide rather than from Skyward — and see the individual destination guides for Maasai Mara flights, Amboseli and Samburu.

Where Skyward genuinely competes is the coast. On Lamu, Mombasa, Malindi and Diani it is a direct alternative to Safarilink, and it is often the higher-frequency operator on the Lamu run. A common and sensible pattern is to fly a safari carrier out to the bush and Skyward for the beach leg — the two networks complement each other more than they overlap.

What a Skyward sector actually feels like

Sector lengths on this network are short. Indicative block times, drawn from the airline’s and the airport’s published route information rather than from live schedules:

  • Nairobi → Mombasaapprox. 1h 00
  • Nairobi → Diani / Ukundaapprox. 1h 10
  • Nairobi → Malindiapprox. 1h 10
  • Nairobi → Eldoretapprox. 0h 40
  • Nairobi → Lamu1h 30–2h 30 with a stop
  • Nairobi → Dar es Salaamapprox. 1h 40

Block time is gate to gate, not time in the air, and it is the figure worth planning around. Lamu services have historically routed via Mombasa or Malindi on some days and flown direct on others, which is why the range is wide. For the complete picture of every route out of the airport, see the Wilson Airport destinations guide.

Equipment

What aircraft does Skyward Airlines fly?

Short answer

Skyward operates a mixed fleet of roughly 15 to 16 aircraft: Fokker 50 turboprops, Fokker 70 and Fokker 100 jets, and De Havilland Canada Dash 8 turboprops across the Q100, Q200, Q300 and Q400 variants. Seating runs from about 50 to about 110 in a single Economy cabin. Wilson departures are flown by turboprops; the jets work from JKIA.

Type Propulsion Typical seats What it means for you
Fokker 50Twin turboprop50The long-standing workhorse. Unhurried, comfortable enough, noisier than a jet.
Dash 8 Q100 / Q200 / Q300Twin turboprop37–50Pressurised regional turboprops. Standard equipment on shorter sectors.
Dash 8 Q400Twin turboprop80–90Fast for a propeller aircraft and notably quiet. The largest turboprop in the fleet.
Fokker 70Twin turbofan (jet)approx. 70Jet comfort and speed on the longer or higher-demand sectors.
Fokker 100Twin turbofan (jet)approx. 104–110The highest-capacity aircraft in the fleet. Generally a JKIA operation.
Fleet investment

A refurbished Dash 8-400 joined in 2025

In June 2025 the airline agreed to take a refurbished Dash 8-400 through De Havilland Canada’s OEM Certified Refurbishment Programme. It was delivered that September, configured for up to 90 passengers. Buying factory-refurbished rather than new is the standard route to modern turboprop capacity for an operator of this size, and it is a reasonable proxy for the airline’s trajectory.

What you will fly

Turboprops at Wilson, jets at JKIA

This is not an absolute rule and equipment does get swapped, but it is the reliable planning assumption — and it is the reason the baggage allowance differs by airport. Wilson’s runway and apron favour turboprops; the jets work best from JKIA. If your ticket says WIL, expect a Fokker 50 or a Dash 8.

Seat counts vary between sources because cabins get reconfigured — the Q400 is quoted at both 80 and 90 seats depending on when and by whom, and the Fokker 100 at both 104 and 110. Those are configuration differences, not contradictions. For the wider context of what flies from this airport, the Wilson Airport airline directory sets Skyward’s equipment beside the Caravans and Twin Otters that dominate the safari apron.

Baggage

Skyward Airlines baggage allowance

Short answer

The allowance depends on which Nairobi airport you leave from. From Wilson Airport, on the turboprop aircraft: one checked bag up to 15 kg plus one hand-luggage item up to 5 kg. From JKIA, on the jets: one checked bag up to 23 kg plus one hand item up to 7 kg. Excess is charged at KES 350 per kilogram and carried subject to space. No single item may exceed 32 kg.

Departing from Aircraft Checked Hand Excess
Wilson (WIL)Turboprop15 kg5 kgKES 350/kg
JKIA (NBO)Jet23 kg7 kgKES 350/kg
Infants

One hand item plus a pushchair

An infant not occupying a seat is allowed one hand-luggage item up to 5 kg, plus a fully collapsible pushchair. Non-collapsible frames are a problem on turboprop holds — check before you travel.

Sports kit

Carried, for a fee

Surfboards, bicycles and golf bags are accepted subject to service fees. Given the Vipingo Ridge and Diani routes, golf bags are routine traffic — but declare them at booking, not at the counter.

Firearms

Must be declared

All firearms and ammunition must be declared at check-in. This applies to licensed sporting and professional carriage alike, and is a legal requirement rather than an airline preference.

Pets

Not carried in the cabin

Skyward does not permit pets on board. If you are moving an animal within Kenya, that is a charter or dedicated pet-transport conversation rather than a scheduled-seat one.

Delayed bags

Report at the arrival airport

Report immediately at the arrival airport, before you leave the terminal. On a small domestic network a mislaid bag usually resolves on the next rotation, but the claim has to exist first.

Hard cases

Fine here, not on safari flights

Unlike the safari carriers, Skyward’s aircraft take conventional suitcases. The soft-bags-only rule that dominates Wilson applies to the light-aircraft operators, not to this one.

That last point is worth dwelling on, because it is where Wilson Airport confuses people. The airport is famous for a strict 15 kg soft-bag-only rule — but that rule belongs to the Cessna Caravans and Twin Otters flying to bush airstrips, where the hold is a narrow locker that a rigid case physically will not enter. Skyward’s 15 kg limit at Wilson is a weight limit on a normal aircraft hold, not a shape one. The full airline-by-airline picture is in the Wilson Airport baggage guide.

On the day

Skyward check-in times and the terminal at Wilson

Short answer

Aim to be at the Skyward building at Wilson Airport 60 to 90 minutes before departure. Reported counter hours are opening around 90 minutes before and closing 40 minutes before, and Wilson’s general guidance across all carriers is 60 minutes. Where sources differ, use the stricter figure. Skyward operates from its own dedicated terminal building at Wilson, not a shared hall.

Find the Skyward building, not “the terminal”

Wilson Airport does not work like JKIA. There is no single numbered departures hall that everyone funnels through. Instead the airport is a cluster of airline-operated passenger facilities, and the useful question on arrival is not “which terminal?” but “which airline’s building?” AirKenya has its own terminal, Safarilink works from Phoenix House, and Skyward has its own dedicated facility — which includes a cafeteria and, since the rebrand, a domestic lounge.

Tell your driver “Skyward Airlines building, Wilson Airport” rather than “Wilson Airport departures”. The Wilson Airport terminals guide maps every building on the field with directions.

Step 01

Arrive 60–90 minutes ahead

Earlier in the July–October and December peaks, when several coastal departures cluster in the same morning window and the car park backs up onto the access road.

Step 02

Check in and weigh bags

Counter check-in at the Skyward building. Online check-in has been offered historically — confirm on the airline’s current site, and expect to present in person for bag drop regardless.

Step 03

Security screening

An X-ray belt and a walk-through scanner, typically three to five minutes per passenger. Materially lighter-touch than an international hub — no shoe removal, no liquid-volume theatre.

One detail worth knowing if you are combining a city stay with a safari: AirKenya offers complimentary luggage storage at its terminal for return-circuit passengers. Skyward does not offer an equivalent. If you need to leave a large suitcase in Nairobi while you fly onward, arrange it with your hotel. Airline-by-airline timings are set out in the Wilson Airport check-in guide.

Reprinting a boarding pass carries a fee of USD 20 per passenger, so hold on to the one you are given. Live status for the day is on the WIL departures board; if you are meeting someone off a Skyward service, use WIL arrivals.

Booking

How to book Skyward Airlines — and what it costs

Short answer

Book on the airline’s own website, through a Kenyan travel agent, or through the major online travel agencies, which list Skyward under the code OW. Fares are dynamic — they move with route, season and how far ahead you book — so there is no fixed price list. Tickets are valid for three months from the date of first travel.

Check the web address before you pay

The rebrand left several Skyward-branded domains in circulation at once: the current corporate site, older .co.ke addresses from the Skyward Express era, and various similarly named sites operated by third parties. Search results do not reliably distinguish them.

Before entering card details, confirm you are on the airline’s own current domain — reach it from the airline’s verified social profiles or by calling its reservations line, rather than by clicking the first search result. If a page carries the old Skyward Express branding, it may still function, but it is not a reliable source for today’s schedules, allowances or fees. This is ordinary caution rather than a specific allegation about any one site.

Fees worth knowing before you commit

ItemPublished position
Ticket validity3 months from date of first travel
Cancellation, domestic routeUSD 25 / KES 3,250 per passenger
Cancellation, regional routeUSD 50 / KES 6,500 per passenger
Boarding-pass reprintUSD 20 per passenger
Excess baggageKES 350 per kg, subject to space
CabinSingle-class Economy on all aircraft

Fees are as published by the airline and were correct at the last verification date shown at the foot of this page. They are the airline’s to change without notice. We do not publish Skyward fares: the airline prices dynamically, and any figure printed here would mislead more often than it helped.

On value, the honest framing is this. Skyward competes on price and frequency in Kenya’s domestic market rather than on product. You are buying a single-class seat with light refreshments on a short sector. Where it tends to win is the coastal routes at short notice and the routes nobody else flies — Vipingo, Lodwar, Migori. Where it does not compete at all is anything involving a bush airstrip.

The experience

What is flying Skyward Airlines like?

Short answer

A single-class Economy cabin, seats typically in 2×2 or 2×3 rows, light refreshments served on the sector, and an in-flight magazine called Angani. There is a domestic lounge at Wilson Airport. Sectors are short enough that the flight is over before the service trolley has finished.

Cabin

One class, straightforward seating

Every aircraft in the fleet is configured single-class. Seating is 2×2 or 2×3 depending on type — the Fokker 50 and the Dash 8s in the narrower arrangement, the jets wider. Seat selection is offered as a paid extra at booking. On a 40 to 70-minute sector, the difference between a good and a bad seat is mostly about how quickly you get off.

Service

Light refreshments, no meal service

Refreshments are served on board. Do not plan around it as a meal — on a 40-minute Eldoret sector there is barely time. Eat before you fly, particularly on an early Lodwar or Lamu departure where you will have left home in the dark.

Ground

A lounge at Wilson

The rebrand brought a domestic lounge at Wilson Airport, alongside the cafeteria in the Skyward building. Access terms are the airline’s to set and are worth confirming when you book if it matters to you. Broader airport amenities are covered in the Wilson Airport facilities guide.

Assistance

Unaccompanied minors and special assistance

Skyward carries unaccompanied minors free of charge, with a customer service agent seeing the child to the aircraft and cabin crew overseeing the flight — request it when booking, not at the airport. Special assistance is available for elderly and disabled passengers, and priority boarding is given to expectant mothers and passengers travelling with infants.

Safety and oversight

Is Skyward Airlines safe?

Short answer

Skyward Airlines is licensed and overseen by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, the national regulator, and states that it operates in compliance with KCAA and IOSA standards. Its one recorded serious occurrence was a landing-gear collapse during a landing at El Wak in July 2021, involving a Dash 8-100. There were no fatalities recorded in that event.

Some context is more useful than a verdict. Every scheduled operator at Wilson Airport holds a KCAA air operator certificate, and that certificate is the meaningful floor — it covers maintenance programmes, crew training and licensing, operational control and continuing airworthiness, and it is subject to ongoing audit rather than granted once. IOSA, the IATA Operational Safety Audit, is a voluntary industry standard on top of that; airlines self-report compliance and registration status can be checked independently through IATA if you want to verify it for yourself.

The 2021 El Wak occurrence is a matter of public record and is worth reading in that light: a gear collapse on landing at a remote strip, with the airframe damaged and the occupants unhurt. It sits within the normal range of incidents for regional turboprop operations into austere airfields, and it is a single event across more than a decade of operations. It is neither a reason to avoid the airline nor something to pretend did not happen.

Wilson Airport is an independent guide and not a safety regulator. For authoritative operator status, licensing and any current directives, the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority is the source of record. If an operator’s status is under review at the time you are booking, your travel agent or tour operator will generally know before it reaches the public web.

Beyond the seat

Skyward cargo, charter and ACMI leasing

Short answer

Skyward runs its cargo operation from JKIA, not Wilson. It also offers charter and ACMI leasing — aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance supplied as a package — on the Dash 8 Q400, Fokker 70 and Fokker 100, aimed at other airlines, charter operators, and government or humanitarian missions needing capacity at short notice.

Cargo is where this airline started, and it remains a serious part of the business rather than a sideline. The freight operation is based at JKIA, which is where the jets and the wide door access are. If you are shipping rather than travelling, JKIA is your point of contact.

The ACMI offering matters more than it sounds for anyone planning group movement in the region. A Q400 or a Fokker jet with crew is a different instrument from a 12-seat Caravan: it moves a conference, a sports team, an election-observation deployment or a relief rotation in one lift. That is a distinct market from tourist charter, and it is not what most Wilson charter operators do.

For the tourist end of the market — a whole aircraft to a safari airstrip, a lodge transfer, a private circuit — Skyward is the wrong tool. That is light-aircraft work, and it is covered in full on the private charter flights from Wilson Airport hub.

Choosing

When is Skyward the right choice, and when is it not?

Short answer

Choose Skyward for coastal towns and Kenyan cities — Mombasa, Malindi, Diani, Lamu, Vipingo, and the western and northern routes nobody else flies. Choose AirKenya or Safarilink for anything involving a national park or a conservancy airstrip. The networks barely overlap, so the decision is usually made for you by your destination.

Two practical notes on top of the table. First, a hard suitcase is fine on Skyward and a real problem on the safari carriers — if you are flying coast-only and packing normally, that is a genuine advantage. Second, if your itinerary mixes bush and beach, you will probably end up with tickets on two different airlines, and possibly from two different Nairobi airports. Build the connection time accordingly and do not book them so tight that one delay collapses the other. The full airline directory compares every carrier at Wilson side by side.

Ground

Getting to Wilson Airport for a Skyward flight

Wilson Airport sits on Langata Road, roughly 6 km south-west of the Nairobi city centre — close in absolute terms and highly variable in practice, because Langata Road carries the morning school and commuter load and can stall completely. Ride-hailing and taxis both serve the airport directly and can drop at the individual airline buildings.

Two failure modes are worth naming. The first is arriving at the right airport and the wrong building: ask for the Skyward Airlines building specifically. The second is arriving at the right building and the wrong airport, which is the risk this page opened with — if your ticket reads NBO you need Mombasa Road and JKIA, not Langata Road and Wilson, and you need to leave considerably earlier.

If you are connecting from an international arrival at JKIA onto a Skyward departure at Wilson, allow generous time. The two airports are about 30 km apart and the transfer crosses the city. The guide to getting to Wilson Airport covers routes, transfer options and realistic timings, including from JKIA.

Questions

Skyward Airlines — frequently asked questions

Is Skyward Express the same as Skyward Airlines?

Yes. Skyward Express rebranded to Skyward Airlines in April 2025. It is the same company with the same IATA code (OW), the same ICAO code (SEW), and the same headquarters at Wilson Airport. Only the name, logo and livery changed. Older listings, aggregator sites and travel guides still use the former name, and a booking made under either name is a booking with the same carrier.

Does Skyward Airlines fly from Wilson Airport or JKIA?

Both. Skyward’s coastal network — Mombasa, Malindi, Lamu, Diani/Ukunda and Vipingo — operates from Wilson Airport on turboprop aircraft. Several western and northern routes including Lodwar, Kitale and Eldoret have been moved to JKIA, where the airline flies its jets. Cargo is entirely JKIA-based. Always check the airport code on your ticket: WIL is Wilson on Langata Road, NBO is JKIA on Mombasa Road, and they are about 30 km apart.

What is the Skyward Airlines baggage allowance?

It depends on the departure airport. From Wilson Airport, on turboprop aircraft, each passenger gets one checked bag up to 15 kg and one hand-luggage item up to 5 kg. From JKIA, on jet aircraft, it rises to one checked bag up to 23 kg and one hand item up to 7 kg. Excess baggage is charged at KES 350 per kilogram and carried subject to available space. No single bag or item may exceed 32 kg.

Does Skyward Airlines fly to the Maasai Mara?

No. Skyward serves no Maasai Mara airstrip, and none in Amboseli or Samburu either. Its aircraft are 50 to 110-seat turboprops and jets requiring paved runways, while the Mara strips are short unpaved bush airstrips served by 12-seat Cessna Caravans and similar light aircraft. For safari destinations you need AirKenya Express, Safarilink, Mombasa Air Safari or a private charter.

How early should I arrive for a Skyward flight at Wilson?

Between 60 and 90 minutes before departure. Reported counter times are opening roughly 90 minutes ahead and closing 40 minutes before departure, while Wilson Airport’s general guidance across all carriers is 60 minutes. Where published figures differ, plan to the stricter one. Allow extra during the July–October and December peaks, when several coastal departures cluster in the same morning window.

Which terminal does Skyward use at Wilson Airport?

Skyward operates from its own dedicated building at Wilson Airport, which includes a cafeteria and a domestic lounge. Wilson has no single shared departures hall in the way JKIA does — it is a cluster of airline-operated facilities, so the useful instruction to a driver is “Skyward Airlines building, Wilson Airport” rather than “Wilson Airport departures”.

What aircraft does Skyward Airlines fly?

A mixed fleet of roughly 15 to 16 aircraft: Fokker 50 turboprops, Fokker 70 and Fokker 100 jets, and De Havilland Canada Dash 8 turboprops across the Q100, Q200, Q300 and Q400 variants. A refurbished Dash 8-400 configured for up to 90 passengers joined in September 2025. As a planning assumption, Wilson departures are flown by turboprops and JKIA departures by jets.

How much does a Skyward Airlines ticket cost?

There is no fixed price list. Skyward prices dynamically, so the fare moves with the route, the season and how far ahead you book, and coastal routes in particular swing with the July–October and December peaks. Any figure published on a third-party site — including this one — would be out of date quickly, so we do not print fares. Check the airline’s own booking page or a travel agent for a live quote.

Can I cancel or change a Skyward Airlines ticket?

Published cancellation fees are USD 25 (KES 3,250) per passenger on domestic routes and USD 50 (KES 6,500) per passenger on regional routes. A ticket is valid for three months from the date of first travel. Reprinting a boarding pass carries a USD 20 per-passenger fee. These are the airline’s published terms and are subject to change, so confirm the conditions attached to your specific fare at the time of booking.

Does Skyward Airlines offer online check-in?

Online check-in has been offered historically, opening the day before departure and closing shortly before the flight. Because the airline’s digital estate changed during the 2025 rebrand, confirm current availability on its own site rather than relying on third-party listings. Even where online check-in is available, you should still expect to present in person at the Skyward building for bag drop and boarding.

Is Skyward Airlines safe?

Skyward is licensed and overseen by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority and states that it operates in compliance with KCAA and IOSA standards. Its one recorded serious occurrence was a landing-gear collapse on landing at El Wak in July 2021, involving a Dash 8-100, with no fatalities recorded. The KCAA is the authoritative source for current operator status and any directives in force.

Does Skyward Airlines fly internationally?

Yes, on one route: Nairobi to Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. That is the airline’s only scheduled international service, and it reflects its focus on domestic Kenyan connectivity rather than regional expansion. For other cross-border services from Wilson Airport — Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar and Entebbe — AirKenya and Safarilink are the operators.

Can I take a hard suitcase on a Skyward flight?

Yes. Skyward’s aircraft have conventional holds that take rigid suitcases, so the soft-bags-only rule Wilson Airport is known for does not apply here. That rule belongs to the light-aircraft safari operators, whose narrow holds physically will not accept a hard case. Skyward’s 15 kg limit at Wilson is a weight restriction, not a shape restriction.

Does Skyward Airlines carry pets?

No. Pets are not permitted on board Skyward Airlines flights. Moving an animal within Kenya is therefore a charter or specialist pet-transport arrangement rather than something you can add to a scheduled booking. Assistance animals are a separate matter and should be raised with the airline directly when you book.
